Job Overview
Devution is looking for a Junior QA Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing development team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and hands-on experience in manual testing, test case creation, bug reporting, and regression testing. The candidate will work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to ensure the delivery of reliable, functional, and high-quality software applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
- Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and test cases.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Retest resolved issues and verify bug fixes.
- Test applications across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve software issues.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide relevant QA feedback.
- Maintain testing documentation and test reports.
